You know that old saying, "When it rains, it pours"? Indeed. This is what large parts of Albuquerque (especially on the west side) look like right now.

Foothills Thunderstorm

A thunderstorm moving through the foothills, with Apache plume in the foreground. It's unusual for it to be blossoming so prolifically at this time of the year -- I think it's another benefit of the rain.
